Different cacao product innovations were made by Guimaras Coffee and Cacao Growers Association during the two-day training conducted on November 9-10, 2021 by the Department of Trade and Industry in partnership with the Provincial Office of Agricultural Services.
Among the products made are the sweetened and unsweetened tables, 70% chocolate, dark chocolate with cashew nuts, 70% dark chocolate with dried mango bits, dried mango coated with chocolate,cacao pastillias, and cacao pastillias with cashew nuts.
